Roscoe, Your light here on earth may have been extinguished. However, anyone who knew you or met you realized right away you had a heart as big as Texas. Your memory will live on in all who knew and loved you. You did whatever was necessary to take care of and show love for your kids. I will forever remember your grin when I would give you a piece of my mind. You were always willing to help out at the drop of a hat. Ros, I'll miss busting on you. Just know, when we all make it to our final calling, there's going to be one heckuva party. . Fly high. RIP.

Dear Family and Friends of Roscoe Foster,
When I read Mr. Foster's obituary my heart sank. How tragic for his children and for others who knew and loved him!
Recently I have lost 4 friends and relatives in death. One Scripture that has helped me is...

"And I have hope toward God which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous."
Acts 24:15

Roscoe I am so glad I got to know you because you were such a sweet guy and always nice to me. I loved your sense of humor and your good heart . Your children have lost a good father and that is so sad.
I will pray for them and I will see you on the other side when I get there. I am deeply sorry
Love peace Nancy
